Image Usage Policy
Most of the images on TheSkillVault are made specifically for our articles. This page explains who owns them and how you can and can't use them.
Who owns our images
Unless an image carries a credit saying otherwise, the photographs, illustrations, graphics and infographics on TheSkillVault belong to MomJunction Private Limited. That includes images we've created with AI image tools.
Some images come from photographers, stock libraries or other sources under licence. In those cases the credit appears with the image, and the rights stay with the original owner.
A note on AI-generated images
Many of our article illustrations are created with AI image tools and checked by our team before use. They're meant to illustrate a topic, not to record real people, places or events, so please don't treat them as photographs of real scenes.
What you're free to do
- View our images on the site and share links to the articles they appear in.
- Print a page, images included, for your own personal and non-commercial use, such as study notes.
What needs our permission
Please don't do any of the following without written permission from us:
- download, copy or save our images to use somewhere else;
- republish them on another website, social media account, app, book or presentation;
- edit, crop or alter them, or remove any credit or watermark;
- use them in anything you sell, or to promote a product or service;
- use them to train AI models or to build image datasets.
Asking for permission
If you'd like to use one of our images, contact us through our Contact Us page. Tell us which image you mean (a link to the article helps), where you plan to use it and what for. We'll let you know whether we can give permission and on what terms. For images credited to someone else, you'll need to ask the original owner.
Think we've used your image?
We respect other people's work. If you believe an image on TheSkillVault uses your work without permission, please tell us through our Contact Us page. Include a link to the page and details showing that the work is yours, and we'll look into it promptly.
